1- Mix in a bowl Dumpling Mix ARUBA with the content of instant yeast sachet ARUBA.
2- Add 500 ml (2 cups) of water and stir well until you get a smooth batter.
3- Cover the bowl with a wet cloth and leave it to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
4- With two teaspoons, form small balls and drop them in previously heated oil. Fry them until golden brown.
5- Drain the balls directly in the warm sugar syrup for 1 minute or according to taste.
To prepare sugar syrup:
Mix 2 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of orange blossom and warm on low fire.
